Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. Every BOXI part is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery: 5 years on hood, trunk and tailgate lift supports, and 2 years on all other BOXI parts. The exact term for this part is shown in the specification table on this page. If a part fails within that period, email sales@tetronauto.us with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

What if the part doesn't fit my vehicle?

Use the Year / Make / Model search or match the interchange numbers listed in the product title and description before ordering — fitment is the buyer's responsibility. If you do end up with the wrong part, you can return it within 30 days as long as it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Not sure? Email sales@tetronauto.us with your VIN and we'll confirm the right part for you.

How fast is shipping?

Free standard shipping on every order to all 50 U.S. states, with no minimum. Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx, and carrier transit is typically 3–5 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

What's the returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging with all hardware. There is no restocking fee. If the part is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping; for any other reason return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Electrical components — including blower motors and resistors — cannot be returned once installed. Email sales@tetronauto.us for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
