Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging with all hardware and documentation included. Parts that have been installed, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email sales@tetronauto.us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a return authorization and the address to ship to. Please don't send anything back before you've received that authorization.
Return shipping
If the part is defective, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label. For returns made for any other reason — including ordering the wrong part for your vehicle — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We don't charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where the return is our error.
Non-returnable items
Electrical components — including blower motors and blower motor resistors — cannot be returned once installed, in line with standard industry practice. Special-order and clearance items are final sale and will be marked as such on the product page.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't the part you ordered, contact us at sales@tetronauto.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the part or refund you in full, including shipping both ways, at your choice.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because we dispatch same-day on orders placed before 1:00 PM PT, please contact us as quickly as possible.
