Shipping policy

**Where we ship**
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our warehouse in Montclair, California. We do not currently ship internationally.

**Processing time**
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within **[1–2] business days**. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

**Transit time & carriers**
Delivery times vary by destination and the carrier used ([e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx]). Estimated transit is typically **[2–7] business days** after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

**Shipping costs**
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

**Tracking**
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

**Address accuracy**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address; reshipment may incur additional charges.

**Lost or damaged in transit**
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at **sales@tetronauto.us** as soon as possible and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
