Yes. Every BOXI part is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery: 5 years on hood, trunk and tailgate lift supports, and 2 years on all other BOXI parts. The exact term for this part is shown in the specification table on this page. If a part fails within that period, email sales@tetronauto.us with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx, and carrier transit is typically 3–5 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging with all hardware. There is no restocking fee. If the part is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping; for any other reason return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Electrical components — including blower motors and resistors — cannot be returned once installed. Email sales@tetronauto.us for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
